Odd particles in Nestle BEBA Optipro 1 baby formula

Today we wanted to move up to this formula and after making it following the proper procedure described on the packaging, we noticed these particles on the walls of the glass container. I poured a bit of the freshly prepared formula on a plate and it indeed looked like fat particles. I also placed a small sample under my microscope, not sure what to make of it.
