Bug: Top nav bar does not scale horizonatlly properly with large text

Hi Atko - good to see your new project! On a desktop browser I normally have the font size bumped up a few clicks because on a big hi-rez monitor the text on websites will be tinny. When you bump up the text size the 'Manage Account' link gets pushed off the screen and there is no way to get to it or even find it. When I first logged in I was confused and it took a min to figure out what was happeneing.
