The prior plan to make a chat GPT like AI that is more focused on nuclear knowledge rather than coding python and javascript was already pretty realistic and a well known approach. People have been making LoRAs for models for a couple of months now which is basically an eternity the rate AI is going. But PrivateGPT makes it so easy its a joke. You literally just save the documents you want it to know about in a folder. Done.
