A new experimental feature is here.

You can now view basic stats for a user by clicking their name under a post they made. Information shown (to be expanded) at this time: number of posts, number of comments, number of liked posts, most recent posts most recent comments most popular posts User profile pages will soon be expanded to include a personal avatar, a biography and a few other goodies. Please feel free to suggest your ideas for user profile pages.
